Why connected finance needs a clearer customer experience
A look at the design choices behind a more coherent relationship between everyday accounts and digital-asset information.

Why connected finance needs a clearer customer experience
Banking customers often navigate separate websites, apps, currencies and approval processes. The Gulf Horizon Bank concept starts with a simpler idea: make the public information journey understandable before customers ever reach a transaction screen.
In the current project, the fiat scope is deliberately limited to USD and AED. That constraint is useful: it makes product language, fees, account summaries and customer communications easier to keep consistent.
Digital-asset features form a separate application workstream. The corporate site explains the network concepts and risks, without claiming that live custody, trading or conversion is available.
